ADC Premium Stethoscope ID Tag
- Fits both Adscope and Proscope models.
- The tag is made of two piece injection molded plastic, that snaps tightly together around tubing.
- To ensure a permanent fit, try adding a drop of glue to each fastening post.

- Durable polypropylene construction.
- Locks onto the tubing of all ADC brand and virtually any other brand of stethoscopes and blood pressure instruments.
- Back of tag has room for personalization.
