The Edan iM3 Vital Signs Monitor is a state-of-the-art, compact medical device designed for medical professionals to check the status of a patient's vital functions to ensure the optimal level of care is given. The Edan iM3 Vital Sign Monitor includes a 1 m Reusable Adult SpO₂ Finger Sensor, Potential Equalization Conductor, EUR standard Power Cord, NIBP Tube, Reusable Adult NIBP Cuff (27 cm - 35 cm), 2 m SpO₂ 7-Pin Extension Cable, and Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery.

Extremely easy to carry and use, the iM3 Vital Sign Monitor features a streamlined, ultra-slim design where the thinnest part is less than 70 mm. In fact, the monitor only weighs 2.5 kg including the battery. The large capacitive touchscreen is paired together with a rich set of leading functions and options such as SpO₂, NIBP and Quick Temp/Infrared Ear Temp, and differentiated work modes making this top-of-the-line monitor perfect for both long time monitoring and spot check applications.

The unique cable-receiving design allows for all the cables and sensors to go to the gap next to the handle and in addition a unique strip-design alarm light is fixed on the top of the iM3 providing a 360° visual alarm experience. Plus, the built-in barcode scanner and external solution make for quick and easy patient information input and flexible connectivity with HIS/EMR/ADT since LAN/Wi-Fi/E-Link are optional.

Combining a stunning ultra-slim design, a large capacitive touch screen, and a rich set of innovations, iM3 takes the lead and presents itself as the pioneer of a new industry benchmark. Bringing in full options of SpO2, NIBP and Temp, iM3 serves for both monitoring and spot check applications.

A patient map can be easily imported via USB or downloaded from EMR systems. The map contains all patient beds and their color-coded measuring status, providing full ward information in a quick glance. Measurements will be stored and a round report can be easily generated from the device.

To eliminate false readings such as white coat hypertension, an average BP mode is introducedin the iM3. The monitor will measure BP automatically for a few times within minutes and presents a more reliable and convincible reading. This will help distinguish suspected cases and assist diagnosis, especially in cardiovascular screening and primary cares.

To adapt to different applications, the smart light switches functionality automatically. It works as an alarm light in monitoring mode, offering instant indications on alarms. In spot checks, it will be turned off, leaving only screen indications on abnormal readings, preventing unneccessary concerns from the patients. It even works as a breathing light in standby mode, enabling quick wake-up while saving energies.
