This device is intended to aid in the treatment and prevention of pressure ulcers and provide air support therapy. Models SC2775 and SC3075 are for single patient use only. DO NOT REUSE. Risk of cross-contamination (e.g. infection, allergic reaction) if product were to be reused. For use with Stryker stretcher models 1037, 1061, 1080, 1089, 5050, 5051, 747/748, 1105, 1115 and 1125.
