The Midmark 417 Power Podiatry Treatment Chair is an examination chair designed specifically for performing general podiatric examinations and minor podiatric procedures (Podiatry - treatment of foot ailments). The Midmark 417 offer the major serviceable components of the chair are the arm casting linkage assembly, back actuator capacitor, back actuator assembly, tilt actuator capacitor, tilt actuator assembly, foot extension brake assembly, base capacitor, base actuator assembly, gas spring(s), base subassembly, base down limit switch, base up limit switch, PC control board, PC program board (a new style PC control board is now being used which combines the PC control board and PC program board together into one board), 0.5 amp fuse & 20 amp fuses for old style PC control board and 0.125 amp & 5 amp.

Products or parts damaged in shipping are typically replaced depending on the condition and the damage. Our packing stage has improved over the years to virtually avoid all possibility of damage. We will then contact you to determine how we can provide a solution to the damaged product.

Depending on the case, we may schedule a local technician to service your unit, send out replacement parts, or provided a refund as deemed necessary.
Please allow the appropriate time for warranty claims to process as servicing and part ordering can take up to several weeks to occur depending on availability of the third party. Regardless of the case, we will do our best to assist in anyway possible to effectively and efficiently resolve your claim.

At this time, items warrantied by Cevi Med (custom orders, upholstery, refurbished orders) cannot be extended beyond the 1 year or 120 days originally offered.
