The Hausted Horizon Youth Series Stretcher Pad is a stretcher accompanied with a multi-layered, medical grade, high resiliency, urethane foam, with a choice of getting the ultra comfort stretcher. It also comes with a Vynmed healthcare vinyl removable cover that is fluid proof, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, stain resistant and comes with a protective fluid flap over the heavy-duty zipper located under the mattress to insure no fluid contamination.
