The Hausted 462 Horizon Youth Series Stretcher Pad is a mattress pad replacement specially made for the Horizon 462 Hydraulic Series Stretcher (stretcher not included). The Hausted 462 Stretcher Pad is made with comfortable foam and a vinyl cover.
The Urethane foam is multi-layered, medical grade, and high-resiliency.
The removable Vynmed healthcare vinyl cover is fluid proof, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, stain and tear resistant, latex-free, and easy to clean. It comes with a protective fluid flap over the heavy-duty zipper located under the mattress to ensure no fluid contamination.
Ultra Comfort: Features upgraded durable memory foam and a stretch vinyl cover.
