- Bi-lumen (dual bore) 19" PVC tubing is soft and flexible and has been made without phthalates since 2014.
- Adsoft Plus silicone eartips with new snap-on connection for the ultimate in wearing comfort and acoustic seal.

Our warranty will cover most, if not all technical malfunctions that inhibit the machines natural performance capabilities. We do not cover accidental damage to the machine resulting from misuse or modifications. Requesting Warranty Claims:
Please be prepared to provide the following information via phone or email when placing a warranty claim with Cevi Med for all refurbished items purchased from Cevi Med.

Any additional information provided, such as pictures, to help identify your case can likewise be attached within emailed claims. Our team will then process your request and follow up to your provided contact information to discuss action plans to resolve your described issues. Depending on the case, we may schedule a local technician to service your unit, send out replacement parts, or provided a refund as deemed necessary.
Please allow the appropriate time for warranty claims to process as servicing and part ordering can take up to several weeks to occur depending on availability of the third party. Regardless of the case, we will do our best to assist in anyway possible to effectively and efficiently resolve your claim.

Items that are purchased as brand new will refer back to the manufacturer's warranty if provided. Extended Warranties
At this time, items warrantied by Cevi Med (custom orders, upholstery, refurbished orders) cannot be extended beyond the 1 year or 120 days originally offered.
Items that are warranted by the manufacturer can only purchase extended warranties as provided by the third party.
