The Detecto 438 Physician Scale measures in imperial units, and comes with a height rod for taking patient height, and wheels for easy transport. Constructed of sturdy steel, and covered with an electrostatic powder-paint finish, this scale is built to last throughout everyday use. Conversion weights for this scale are available for purchase; these allow the 438 to be used for higher capacities.
