The Welch Allyn Connex Integrated Wall System includes SureTemp Plus Thermometry, SureBP Non-invasive Blood Pressure, BP Cuff and Cord Management System, Four USB Ports for Accessories, Pulse Rate, MAP, Programmable Alarms, BP Averaging, and Adult/Pediatric/Neonate Patient Support.
The Connex Integrated Wall System houses essential instruments to facilitate efficient patient examination and informed clinical judgments based on comprehensive and precise patient data. Its intelligent, comprehensive design enhances patient safety, expedites patient throughput, and conserves valuable time and space.This space-saving system comes with your choice of Nellcor or Masimo SpO2. SureTemp Plus Thermometry comes standard with the Connex System, however Braun ThermoScan PRO 6000 Thermometry is also available as an option. Lastly, users may choose between the Macroview and PanOptic Basic Otoscope and Opthalmoscopes or the upgraded MacroView and PanOptic Plus Otoscope and Ophthalmoscopes.

Our warranty will cover most, if not all technical malfunctions that inhibit the machines natural performance capabilities. We do not cover accidental damage to the machine resulting from misuse or modifications. Any additional information provided, such as pictures, to help identify your case can likewise be attached within emailed claims. Our team will then process your request and follow up to your provided contact information to discuss action plans to resolve your described issues. Depending on the case, we may schedule a local technician to service your unit, send out replacement parts, or provided a refund as deemed necessary.
Please allow the appropriate time for warranty claims to process as servicing and part ordering can take up to several weeks to occur depending on availability of the third party. Regardless of the case, we will do our best to assist in anyway possible to effectively and efficiently resolve your claim.
