Detecto Digital Portable Bariatric Scale-Model DR660
The Detecto Digital Portable Bariatric Scale, Model DR660, includes a built-in rechargeable battery pack, RS232 serial port for printer connectivity, a spacious platform, adjustable feet, and a wall plug-in UL/CUL listed power supply. The scale platform measures 21.5" wide for bariatric patients with wide stances, and because the platform is only 2" high, it requires minimal step. Weight capacity is 660 lb x 0.5 lb /300 kg x 0.2 kg with capability to switch viewing from pounds to kilograms and vice versa. The digital remote display may be mounted on a wall or placed on a table for viewing and the RS232 serial is used to interface with computer of printer for quick data transfer.

Any additional information provided, such as pictures, to help identify your case can likewise be attached within emailed claims. Our team will then process your request and follow up to your provided contact information to discuss action plans to resolve your described issues. Depending on the case, we may schedule a local technician to service your unit, send out replacement parts, or provided a refund as deemed necessary.
Please allow the appropriate time for warranty claims to process as servicing and part ordering can take up to several weeks to occur depending on availability of the third party. Regardless of the case, we will do our best to assist in anyway possible to effectively and efficiently resolve your claim.

Items that are purchased as brand new will refer back to the manufacturer's warranty if provided. Extended Warranties
At this time, items warrantied by Cevi Med (custom orders, upholstery, refurbished orders) cannot be extended beyond the 1 year or 120 days originally offered.
Items that are warranted by the manufacturer can only purchase extended warranties as provided by the third party.
