Any additional information provided, such as pictures, to help identify your case can likewise be attached within emailed claims. Our team will then process your request and follow up to your provided contact information to discuss action plans to resolve your described issues. Depending on the case, we may schedule a local technician to service your unit, send out replacement parts, or provided a refund as deemed necessary.
Please allow the appropriate time for warranty claims to process as servicing and part ordering can take up to several weeks to occur depending on availability of the third party. Regardless of the case, we will do our best to assist in anyway possible to effectively and efficiently resolve your claim.

At this time, items warrantied by Cevi Med (custom orders, upholstery, refurbished orders) cannot be extended beyond the 1 year or 120 days originally offered.
